- Ideally, everyone’s points of view are their facts.
- But I caution you to refrain from accepting them as your facts, for due diligence is not a science.
- Due diligence is only as precise as the individual doing it and is tempered by personal principles, beliefs, perceptions, motivations et cetera et cetera.
- Once you have done your due diligence and have a bon-a-fide point of view, the collateral effects are revised and enlightened perceptions that may affect other previously held perceptions that must all now be reconsidered given a newly introduced fact.
- This I refer to as a rolling re-evaluation of all that we hold to be true.
